How do I join as a Sunflower Business Member?

It’s quick and easy to join. Sunflower Membership is only available for businesses, not individuals. If you are an individual, choosing to wear the Sunflower is all you need to do.

To purchase a Sunflower Membership, you will first need to register your business here. Explore the Sunflower Membership plans here. to decide which Sunflower Membership suits you best.

Do I have to join as a Sunflower Business Member to use the site?

Not necessarily, anyone can access the site. However some features, such as adding your business location, are not available without a Sunflower Business Membership.

As Sunflower Business Member, you will have access to enjoy the full functionality of the site (subject to your Membership level).

What are the benefits of becoming a Sunflower Business Member?

By becoming a Sunflower Business Member, you will be joining the global Sunflower network. This means supporting those individuals who are living with non-visible disabilities who choose to wear the Sunflower. In addition to that, Sunflower Members will receive access to exclusive features.

Can my business join the Sunflower for free?

No, you will need to purchase a Sunflower Business Membership to access and enjoy features available to businesses.

Which content can I still access if I don’t become a Sunflower Member?

You will be able to view the articles, listen to Sunflower Conversations and access the invisible disabilities index. However you will not be promoted as a being part of the global Sunflower network or access the Sunflower training to educateyour colleagues. You will not benefit from discounts on Sunflower products nor access the extended faetures available to Sunflower Business members.

Does my Sunflower Membership renew automatically, or does it require my input?

Your Sunflower Membership will automatically renew for a further 12 month period each year without you having to take any steps.

How does continuous payment work?

Payments for Sunflower Memberships are made on an annual basis. You are not able to terminate your Sunflower Membership during the minimum term, although you do have a right to change your mind about your Sunflower Membership within the first 14 days of your order, please see our Terms and Conditions.

What browsers does your website support?

Our websites are designed to support the current versions of widely used web browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox.

When will I get my Sunflower Membership login details?

Your login details are the same details you provide when you registered with this website.

What do you do with my personal information?

What happens if I change my mind?

You may cancel your order within 14 days of subscribing and you shall receive a refund of any payment that you have paid to us provided that we shall be entitled to retain payment for any of your Sunflower Membership you have already received. Your access to the Sunflower Member version of our website will stop immediately.

Can I cancel my Sunflower Membership?

If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your Sunflower Business Membership, we will refund any payment made by you. You will not be entitled to a refund of your initial payment if you cancel after the first 14 days of the start of your Sunflower Business Membership.

What happens when I join?

We understand that all our Sunflower Business Members have unique needs, so we offer a variety of ways to join the Sunflower network.

If you join as a Professional or Corporate Sunflower Business Member, you will be contacted by your dedicated account manager to support you as you join.

Depending on your Sunflower Membership, you will:

  • have automatic access to Sunflower discounts as well to the Sunflower training
  • be able to book your Sunflower webinars
  • benefit from sector specific advice on how to implement the Sunflower
  • be able to add your location on the Sunflower location map
  • reveal your Sunflower-friendly events and submit articles
  • access our Media Pack and receive our support as you launch the Sunflower



What happens if my credit card or debit card details change?

If you pay by credit or debit card, you will need to update those details in your account. Log in to access your account and update your details.

If you do not update your details and we do not receive your next scheduled payment your Sunflower Membership may be terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
