I hope to be a conduit for compassion, inviting organizations to make more inviting, comfortable, and effective spaces and experiences for their customers as well as their employees"

I raise awareness of the Sunflower program among businesses and organizations across Canada. As a productivity catalyst, highly sensitive executive coach, and international speaker, I explore the intersection of productivity and inclusivity, finding ways to ensure everyone can participate fully, make their richest contributions, and avoid burnout. I encourage leaders to co-create the future of work with their teams while respecting neurodiversity and our shared humanity. I also explore these topics with innovative thinkers as the host of the Happy Space Podcast.

I provide account support for our Sunflower Business members. Previously, I worked in sales administration at a fragrance house, where I managed daily operations, delivered customer service support, and coordinated the distribution of product samples.

"Supporting people with non-apparent disabilities is important to me as I have friends and family with hidden conditions, which has caused me to appreciate the daily challenges they face. From a young age, I have helped support my mum who has a non-apparent disability."

I handle all B2C customer enquiries across Canada, ensuring that questions, concerns, and issues are resolved efficiently and with care. Previously, I worked for a leading IT company in the escalations department, and I have experience in large private organizations, managing a wide range of account, technical, and legal queries.
