Sunflower 10-Year Celebration – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the following countries: Denmark (DK), Norway (NO), Sweden (SE), Netherlands (NL), Germany (DE), Poland (PL), Italy (IT), France (FR), Luxembourg (LUX), Ireland (IE), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Finland (FI), Estonia (EE), United States (USA), Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia (AUS), New Zealand (NZ), Mauritius (MU) and South Africa (ZA).
Residents of Quebec are not eligible to enter this promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may require proof of age and residence.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this prize draw.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a photo, video, or written moment showing what the Sunflower means to them via the Sunflower Wall at [insert link].
Entries must be received by 10 October 2026 at 23:59 (BST / UTC+1).
Entries submitted via social media platforms alone will not be accepted unless also uploaded to the Sunflower Wall.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Entry Requirements and Content Submission
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that:
- The content is their own original work or that they have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit it
- They have obtained permission from any individuals featured in the content for their image or likeness to be used
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- The content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate
All submissions are subject to moderation and publication is not guaranteed.
Entries do not need to be published on the Sunflower Wall to be eligible for the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entries that do not comply with these requirements.
6. Prize
There will be 10 winners. Each winner will receive a £100 digital gift voucher (or local currency equivalent at the time of fulfilment).
The digital gift voucher will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at entry.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The digital gift voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including any applicable expiry dates or usage restrictions.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across participating countries.
All eligible entries will have an equal chance of winning.
The draw will take place on 25 June 2026.
Where required by applicable law, the draw will be conducted under appropriate supervision or the promotion will be adapted to comply with local regulatory requirements.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within 5 days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Winner Information
The surname and country of winners can be obtained by sending a request to [insert contact email] within 30 days of the closing date.
If a winner objects to their information being published, they should contact the Promoter. The Promoter may still be required to provide this information to regulators upon request.
10. Publicity, Content Use and Data Protection
By entering this promotion, participants grant Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display their submitted content across websites, social media channels, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
Participants acknowledge that their name, username, or handle may be displayed alongside their content.
By submitting an entry, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and processing their personal information, including their name, contact details, and submitted content, for the purposes of administering the promotion, displaying content on the Sunflower Wall, and for related promotional and marketing purposes.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Data will only be retained for as long as necessary for these purposes.
11. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered electronically to winners via email.
The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the participant.
Winners are responsible for ensuring that emails from the Promoter are not filtered as spam and for providing a valid email address for delivery.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges associated with the prize unless otherwise stated.
Winners in Canada may be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question in order to claim their prize.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not successfully submitted due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting or using a prize.
