Complete the required fields in the form:

Your login information

  1. Email - This email address will serve as our official communication channel for updates about our website, including changes to our features, privacy policy updates, and other important notices.

    If you are registered using the email address on the website, you will see the following error message 'Company with this email address already exists in the system. Enter a different email address to continue.':

    You will need to register the company using a different email address. If you use the email address you want for your company account as a personal account, contact us using the link at the top of the website to update it to become a company account.
     
  2. Password: Add and confirm your password. Click the eye icon on the right-hand side of the field to view your password as you type. Screenshot of password field

  3. Click Continue

Your details

  1. Add your First name

  2. Add your last name

  3. Click Continue

Company details

  1. Add your Company Name

  2. Select the most appropriate sector for your company to help us tailor the information you can access. If your sector isn’t listed, please choose “Other.”

  3. Indicate whether your company is a registered charity by selecting “Yes” or “No.” If “Yes,” please provide your registration number.

  4. Add your Street Address, City, Country (select from the dropdown menu), State/region, ZIP/Postal Code and your Phone number

  5. Click Continue

Choose your Membership

  1. Select your membership level by clicking the green check mark next to your choice:

  2. If you’re not ready to decide on a membership, choose “I’m not ready to select a Membership level, but I’d like to proceed with a basic registration.

  3. When the information is complete, click Purchase Membership.

Next steps

  1. You’ll be directed to the Membership page to complete your purchase. Once you add a Membership to your basket, any additional products you add will automatically receive the applicable discount. Please note that the discount won't be applied if you don’t add a Membership.

  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to log back into your account.

  3. After completing your membership purchase, you’ll gain immediate access to all features included in your membership level.

  4. You’ll also receive a welcome email with helpful links and information to get you started.
