All participating organizations begin with the Sunflower training film or animation, which introduces the Sunflower symbol, what it represents and why it matters for people with non-apparent disabilities.

Sunflower Connect then extends this training with structured learning and practical guidance for frontline roles.

    Staff watch the Sunflower training film or animation to understand the meaning of the Sunflower and the importance of supporting people with non-apparent disabilities
  2. Build understanding through additional modules
    Short modules explore different non-apparent disabilities and how they may affect communication, stress or behaviour in everyday situations

    Examples show how staff in different roles may support someone wearing the Sunflower during real interactions
