The Sunflower supports anyone with a non-visible disability, from autism and chronic pain to hearing loss and anxiety. This includes fans, players, staff, volunteers, and visitors who may need extra support, understanding, or time.

Implementation is straightforward. Once you become a member, you'll receive your starter pack and support resources immediately. Most venues see positive results within weeks of launch. 

Our comprehensive training suite includes videos and resources designed specifically for stadium environments. Training covers recognising the Sunflower, understanding non-visible disabilities, and providing confident, appropriate support.
