South Western Railway now recognise the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower to make travel easier for their customers with hidden disabilities or who don't want or need to use our assisted travel service.. If this applies to you, then you can pick up a Sunflower lanyard or card from any one of these stations:

- Vauxhall
- Clapham Junction
- Surbiton
- Guildford
- Richmond
- Wimbledon
- Woking
- Portsmouth & Southsea
- Basingstoke
- Salisbury
- Southampton Central
- Bournemouth
Their colleagues will recognise the lanyards as meaning that the person wearing the Sunflower, or someone in their party, may need some additional support or understanding on their journey. They won't know what specific help that may required, but if you speak to one of their colleagues, they'll be happy to provide what support they can.
