SBL Couriers in the UK has become a corporate member of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, marking its commitment to greater inclusivity for employees and to support customers.

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower programme is a globally recognised symbol. Worn discreetly as a lanyard or badge, it signals that the individual may need additional time, understanding, or assistance. 

As part of its commitment, SBL has delivered Sunflower training to employees to foster a workplace where colleagues can build a greater understanding of non-visible disabilities and how to better support those who experience them.
