RX UK is delighted to announce that it has become a member of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower network, reinforcing its commitment to creating a fully inclusive and diverse workplace.
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a globally recognised symbol that supports individuals with invisible disabilities. Those wearing the Sunflower may need extra help, patience, or understanding in public spaces, including workplaces, transport, and shops.
Commenting on the launch of the Sunflower at RX, Ray Rhodes, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, said:
“We are excited to launch the Sunflower at RX to help raise awareness about the many facets of non-visible disabilities, enable our colleagues with non-visible disabilities to reach their full career potential, and build a strong community of active allies. As a global events organizer, we are in the business of bringing people together. The Sunflower will enable us to better serve our customers at our events and ensure that they are able to maximize their return on their investment while doing business in our spaces.”
Paul White, CEO of Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, added:
“We are pleased RX Global has implemented the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower in the UK. The Sunflower helps to reinforce disability inclusion for employees. Our Sunflower training improves knowledge and understanding about non-visible disabilities to support colleagues in the workplace and help them bring their whole selves to work. It also extends awareness of accessibility when delivering exceptional experiential events projects for clients.”
