Sunflower 10-Year celebration campaign privacy notice

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme Ltd (“HDSS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal information you provide when entering the Sunflower 10-Year Celebration prize draw and submitting content to the Sunflower Wall.

Please avoid including more health or other sensitive personal information than you wish to make public when submitting content to the Sunflower Wall.

If you choose to submit content for display on the Sunflower Wall, information included in your submission may be visible publicly.

We process personal data to administer participation in the promotion and prize draw, and otherwise as described in this notice and the Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

Where submitted content is used for broader promotional purposes, we may also rely on legitimate interests, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Please do not include more health or other sensitive personal information than you wish to share. 

If your submission includes other individuals, you should ensure you have their permission before submitting content featuring them.

How long we keep your information

 We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to administer the campaign, fulfil prizes, manage related enquiries, and support any ongoing permitted use of submitted content, in accordance with our retention practices.

You have rights in relation to your personal data, which may include the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate personal data, request deletion of personal data, object to certain processing, and, where applicable, request restriction of processing, subject to applicable law.
