New training animation (ENG)
Is there anything wrong with the current training?
No. The main principles and messages in the current training are still valid. The updated animation builds on them.
Do we have to retrain everyone immediately?
No. The existing training can continue to be used during the transition. The hard deadline of 31 December 2026 applies specifically to organisations using the embedded animation.
Will our embedded video update automatically?
No. You will need a new embed code. Please submit the request form and we will guide you through the process.
Why do you need our URL?
We use the submitted URL to approve your domain for the correct Vimeo configuration. Without this step, the new embed code cannot be issued.
We use both embedded and SCORM: what do we do?
Use the same request form and select both options. We will address both requests in your single submission.
We are not sure which format we should use. Can we still submit a request?
Yes. Choose “Not sure” on the form, and we will help you figure it out.
