Let's make inclusion everyone's business

In recognition of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we hosted four regional webinars in collaboration with Indeed on 2 December 2025. Each session was designed for professionals, HR leaders, and employers, offering practical insights and actionable steps to foster true inclusion.

Uniting voices from around the world

Millions of people live with non-visible disabilities. Yet, in the workplace, conversations about support, stigma, and disclosure are often overlooked. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower and indeed partnered with a shared mission to drive greater inclusion for people with non-visible disabilities. Our goal is to unite voices from around the world to explore regional challenges and co-create solutions. By sharing knowledge and experiences, we can build workplaces that are not just accessible, but truly inclusive for everyone.

The webinars were free to access on the day, and we’re excited to be launching a new programme of free webinars in 2026. Follow our social media channels for the latest announcements and registration details.
