Throughout the year, our monthly themes focus on non-visible disabilities and the everyday experiences of people within the Sunflower community.

Each theme is designed to support learning, encourage respectful conversations, and promote inclusive environments across workplaces, public services, and communities.

Through practical resources and shared knowledge, we aim to increase understanding and reduce attitudinal and practical barriers, helping to create environments where people with non-visible disabilities feel recognised, respected, and that they belong. Many resources are freely available, with selected materials accessible to Sunflower Business Members based on their membership level.
