Our Sunflower training session is led by a Sunflower team member and helps participants learn how to support Sunflower wearers in their daily roles.
- Each session begins with a brief update from the Sunflower
- Following this, we will show the Sunflower training
- Summarise with the Sunflower principles/rule of six
- Explain the difference between the Sunflower wearer and ally ranges
- Provide an overview of the range of non-visible disabilities and neurodiversity
At the end of the session, we allocate time for a Q&A segment, encouraging you to ask questions and discuss real-world scenarios you may encounter.
