The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower training videos are intended solely for use by your employees. Any copying, sharing, recording, distribution, or use of these videos outside of your organisation, including with third parties or external suppliers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of your Sunflower membership terms and conditions. Unauthorised use may result in a financial penalty and/or legal action.
The Sunflower training videos help your team feel confident and informed when supporting people with non-visible disabilities.
We suggest training at least 80% of your colleagues before launch and keeping this level throughout your membership. Adding the training to your onboarding and offering occasional refreshers will help everyone stay aware and comfortable in their support.
The Sunflower training videos
The training videos you can access depend on your Sunflower Membership level. All videos are available in your Sunflower online account, where you can add users to watch the training themselves or use your account to show the video during a group training session.
The Summary training video is available to every Sunflower Member and can be shared with third-party suppliers or contractors to help create a consistent Sunflower-friendly approach.

We offer embed codes to add to your intranet page, or if your company has its own Learning Management System, we can provide SCORM files.
- Embed codes: Embed codes allow for easy integration into your existing intranet. You must provide us with the URL where the video will be hosted so we can activate it for you to view. Copy and paste the code onto your designated page, and the video will be available for your employees to view.
- SCORM files: We also offer SCORM files for those who prefer to integrate the training into their own Learning Management System. Your employees can import these files into your system and access them through their designated training portal
- Sunflower training certificate: After your team finishes the training, you can give them the Sunflower Training certificate to recognise their participation and show your commitment to inclusion. Go to our media assets and search for 'certificate' to download it.
