Optus is proud to join the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program demonstrating its commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all customers, including those with hidden disabilities.
Optus acknowledges some of the challenges faced by customers who may have non-visible disabilities and is providing a supportive hand to those who need it. Over 2,000 Optus staff across Australia have received comprehensive training to help them recognise and assist customers wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower products. Staff are equipped to provide the necessary support discreetly and respectfully, fostering a shopping experience that is both comfortable and accessible.
Optus retail stores have also been refurbished with a focus on fully inclusive spaces for all customers with given careful consideration to layout, signage and accessibility features.
