ADHD & Autism in the workplace

This session explores how organizations can best support ADHD and autistic candidates through the hiring process and beyond. We’ll discuss the challenges and opportunities in creating a workplace that includes neurodiverse individuals, particularly focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing career development.

Workplace inclusion

In this session, we discussed invisible disabilities in the workplace and explored ways employers can make their work environments more inclusive. We’ll focus on identifying barriers, improving communication and information distribution (particularly in recruitment and the workplace), and creating a culture that encourages employees to disclose invisible disabilities without fear of discrimination.

Work well-being for neurodiverse teams

This session explores how sensory-inclusive environments bring significant environmental, economic, and social benefits. Special focus will be given to dyspraxia, as well as other sensory needs, such as flickering lights and other environmental challenges that neurodiverse individuals may face in the workplace.
