Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with Diversity & Ability (D&A), an award-winning social enterprise driven by and for disabled people. This collaboration brings exclusive, expert-led group training webinars to Sunflower Members, equipping organizations with the tools and knowledge they need to foster inclusive workplace cultures.
“At Diversity & Ability, we share the same vision for a future where everyone is enabled to live, work, and participate,” said Atif Choudhury, CEO of D&A. “We all have a duty of care to take an active role in tackling exclusionary barriers. The Sunflower is a way of sharing our differences—not because we have to, but because we want to, and we know it’s okay to do so. D&A’s training will help organisations feel confident that every employee understands the importance and value of the Sunflower.”
This partnership introduces three tailor-made group training webinars available exclusively to Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Members:
- Neurodiversity in the Workplace
- Inclusive Recruitment
- Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)
Led by experienced D&A experts and informed by lived experience of disability and neurodiversity, these sessions empower businesses to create environments where individuals with non-visible disabilities can thrive and build on embedding the Sunflower into their workplace culture.
Paul White, CEO of Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, adds,
“This partnership with D&A represents a significant step towards creating a more inclusive environment for everyone. By expanding our training offerings, we can empower more organizations to confidently integrate the Sunflower into their daily operations, ensuring that individuals with non-visible disabilities are recognized and supported.”
