At Ipsen, we aim to create an inclusive work environment for all our current and future employees. This involves an increased focus on how we can support people with invisible disabilities. We want to increase our knowledge of various forms of invisible disabilities in general and become better at understanding how we can make everyday life easier for all our employees in our workplace.

The Sunflower lanyard is a great initiative that makes it easier for people with invisible disabilities to signal - if they wish - that they may need extra time, patience, or help. At Ipsen, we would like to support this organization and help spreading awareness globally. Membership also gives us access to useful educational materials that can help managers and employees understand and support colleagues and customers with invisible disabilities. It’s a fantastic program.
