With 40 stores across Australia and New Zealand, David Jones is proudly supporting customers with non-visible disabilities through its trained customer-facing team members, who are equipped to recognise the Sunflower and offer assistance with empathy and understanding.
Joining the Sunflower initiative reflects David Jones’ strong commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive culture—one that extends to every customer and creates a more welcoming and seamless shopping experience.
