What if I don't know how to help?
Currently, we do not have a physical presence in your country. However, we have created this website to cater to all regions, including those without a local presence. If the content is not in your preferred language, we suggest using your browser's translation feature to access the information in your preferred language.
It's okay not to have all the answers. If a fan requires assistance that you are unable to provide, calmly explain this and find a supervisor or our club's Disability Liaison Officer (DLO) who can offer further support. The most important thing is that the fan feels heard and knows you are taking action to help them.
