Lucy is 39, living with Parkinson's: "People often say to me, "how do people react to the lanyard?". There's what I can only describe as a look when people see it and they know what it is. Their kind of general demeanour just kind of softens and there's a look of 'I got you, don't worry, you're going to be fine".
