Tasha

"To help people with a non-apparent disability feel seen and have the support they deserve, provides deep personal fulfilment and is one of the many reasons why I love to work for the Sunflower."

Member Services Manager - Canada, Tasha is here to support our business members every step of the way, from onboarding to invoicing and any questions that come up, making sure their experience is smooth and stress-free. She previously worked in sales administration at a fragrance house, where she handled daily operations, provided customer service, and coordinated product sample distribution.


Dejanira Rio Alves

Communications Manager, Americas, Dejanira Rio Alves is responsible for managing our social media channels and supporting Sunflower businesses promoting their Membership, with a focus on accessible content, building community trust, and amplifying partner voices.

Dejanira's background spans higher education, non-profit organizations, and the tech sector, with a strong emphasis on elevating lived experience, education, and inclusive storytelling across platforms.


Rebecca Mears

"Supporting people with non-apparent disabilities is important to me as I have friends and family with hidden conditions which has caused me to appreciate the daily challenges they face. From a young age, I have helped support my mum who has a non-apparent disability."

Customer Services Executive, Rebecca Mears, deals with all of our customer enquiries ensuring queries, questions or issues are resolved.

Rebecca previously worked for a leading IT company in the escalations department. She has also worked in large businesses in the private sector handling a wide range of account, technical and legal queries.
